Up until the 1920’s, there were a great many new homes that were continuing to be built of attractive design and with high quality workmanship. Then, the father-to-son traditions in building were broken and lost. Now, Dial’s interiors as well as exteriors are the best in the world. Photos don’t quite do justice to the actual in-person experience that includes moving around inside and outside the house, allowing peripheral vision and touch and sound to inform the gray matter. These homes are magnificent and rather breath-taking to visit.
